7. Any order placed after the unavailability of the product shall be declined. An email notification will be provided and prepaid payment for such orders shall be refunded within 6-10 working days on the respective payment source.
8. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
9. All details are given along with the product image and hereby customer should place the order if details are suitable as per their requirements.
10. Reselling of our product shall not be accepted.
11. Legal action will be taken against if found reselling our product.
12. Copyrights reserved on the arts, the logo, the brand name, the collection, the photography and the models.
13. Personal or illegal use of any details provided on this site whether the arts / the logo / the garment / the design / the model / the details / the photographs - is prohibited. If found using any of our - brand details/ product details/ model details / photographs - elsewhere without our permission, legal action will be taken.
14. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
15. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
16. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
17. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

1. After the confirmation of payment, it shall take 2-3 working days to dispatch the product.
2. Shipping is available all across the India and shall take 5-10 working days to get delivered.
3. Cancellation of order is not available post shipment.
4. No REFUND/EXCHANGE shall be provided once the order is confirmed or any other circumstances. For more details refer refund policy.
5. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather or pandemic or any sort of government restrictions.
6. Delivery to remote areas might take upto 10-15 days to reach customer post shipment.
7. We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on this website. However, screens of different devices vary. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.
8. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers.

10. In case of lost package or any damage caused during shipment, kindly contact us via email immediately within a day. We will take action accordingly. Any later approach regarding respective condition shall not be considered.
11. The invoice, if lost, cannot be reissued.
